Welcome to interviewlab.pro. By accessing or using our services, information products, or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Our Mock interview practice with feedback from hiring professionals includes scheduled one-to-one sessions delivered via an online platform. All session details, including date and time, are subject to availability upon confirmation of your booking.

2. Information Products

Information products consist of digital guides, templates, and recorded workshops. Access is granted upon successful completion of your purchase. These items are delivered instantly via a secure download link.

3. Goods

Physical goods such as printed workbooks or branded merchandise are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Below are the conditions under which refunds or rescheduling are available:

• Services: If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule your session at no extra charge. To request cancellation or rescheduling, contact our team via the contact form.
• Information Products: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that you have accessed less than 50 percent of the digital content. After reviewing your access record, we will remove access and issue a refund. Purchases with more than 50 percent access or requests made after 14 days are not eligible.
• Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. You must cover shipping for the return. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within seven business days of approval. If any service or product is explicitly marked as non-refundable—such as special promotional bundles—you will be informed of that policy at the time of purchase, along with an explanation of why no refund applies.

5. No-Refund Offers

Certain premium or discounted promotional offerings are sold on a final-sale basis. These no-refund offers enable us to allocate dedicated time and resources, and this condition will always be clearly stated before purchase.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services, products, or goods after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of those updates.
